Yeah I'm thinking that's what I'm going to end up having to do, but what if I hadn't of took the option of getting disk. I don't think I'm going to be disappointed with the product just the lack of customer service and the blaming on other companys. It's their product they should be able to take care of it, I ordered from their site and shouldn't have to call other companys to get it handled. Hindsite I'd of just ran to walmart and picked it up and that was my intentions this morning but they weren't even able to refund my purchase so I could do that.
