There is one thing. Starting with Adobe Reader X two new features were added that I find great. In Adobe Reader X you can highlight text in text generated PDF. In both Text generated PDF's and in image PDF's you can add notes to the document. I find that the more I use this feature the more uses I find for it. In your printed chart, if there is some thing that you want to highlight just open in Adobe Reader X or XI and bring the balloon down to where the note should go and type it in the box. (It does not stay unless you save it. :-))
I also use it to mark Family farms on maps or to add notes to census where there is a weird spelling of a family name.
As in past revision both Adobe Reader X and Adobe Reader XI are free.
