Are you wanting to delete ALL instances of a Fact, or 12,000 out of 15,000 instances?
I don't see a place to do either.
But, you can select facts out of a pick list, or all-at-once to privatize them. By facts being privatized, you can exclude them from reports, exports, etc.
You can access that ability at "Data Options", which can be accessed two ways:
All instances of a fact in your database:
1) Main Menu > Edit > Manage Facts > Select Fact > Data Options
All Instances of a fact for a person:
2) People > Person > Select a fact > Select Data Options, then Fact Data Options in right panel.
