You can nearly do this in an FTM book. Create Genealogy reports in an FTM book for each family, include all facts and check to include eveything in the report. Include a report for all paternal and maternal family. You can include as many generations as you want in each report. I usually stop the maternal reports at the point they merge into the paternal family.
Once you get all the reports set to capture all of the individuals you want. Add a table of contents and most importantly an index.
If there is still something you want to transfer add it to a text page, and place that in the FTM book. Title the text page so it is obvious what is in it.
After your book is the way you want it, export it to a PDF and send it to any one you want without worrying if they have the appropriate software.
Once they have the PDF they can cut and paste any information they want from the PDF to where they want it.
